Today we went to school and the highlights were, how we describe our identity of our nations and to get some knowledge about the different school- /education-systems of the countries which are included in this project.

Germany solved the task very seriously. They started with some German clichés, but they also talked about the differences from the north to the south and from the west to the east.
An advice, please take a beer next time...

The Danes started with their presentation, they showed us how to sing and to win the Eurovision Song Contest ;)
Martin, you rocked - maybe next year you will start your singing career.

After that the Lithuanian group showed us a 'serious' movie about living and surviving in this country.
(WE WILL LIKE TO HAVE THE LINK NEXT TIME! )

Last, but not least the Sweets... aeh the Swedes, talked about 'the Law of Jante' and their midsummer tradition.
We will like to celebrate midsummer in February 2014. So be prepared for it!

What do you think about using a blog??
Have you wondered what kind of content fits this tool?? Please write some of your thoughts.

I think that using a blog has good possibility's of reflecting activities also it is fun way to express your opinion, and more over it has historical meaning of our project COHAB.
I had never considered the content stuff. But it can be used for practice reflections or write a practical information for your self's. Also you can share your knowledge and experience with others on internet or project. Furthermore you can use blogging as a diary for your one reflection. Also you can do some assignments or give them to students - like write a essay or doing a quiz :)
I hope you like my ides. :)

I've never used blogging before and therefore I finding it a little bit confusing. But even though I think it's that, it also seems like a very good way to express yourself and to get other peoples comments.
At UCSJ in Vordingborg the history class has made a blog with a historical person, where they have to write like they're from the time, when the person lived and writing about the events, which had happened. I think that I also would do something like that with my future pupils. We could e.g. choose a period and write what had happened, like we were a person from there.

Using a block, for me:

Remembering what we have done.

An overview what kind of topics we had and what are the connections are between them and our time here and the time in the future.

Sharing our experiences with the other groups and with other people.

I hope that some kind of 'operation snowball'-effect will happen, when other get to know about our great program.

How I can use it in my life?

I can try to use it as an diary for me to reflect myself and maybe to get other point of views from different people.

At school maybe to force the students to reflect themselves and improving their writing and communication skills.

I never used a blog before, i like it very much. But to manage your own time for that is hard.

I have read your comments - they are good ones.
An advice could be that you can discuss more about content. Maybe not here but when you meet face to face. If you comes to some point you all agree in, you can write them here

I like the idea of Britt - Let's take a trip to the past and use blogger as a "gate" to that time. I suggest that this blogger tool will help with the imagination of that time. if you only read something maybe look at some pictures as well and nothing else is disturbing the situation, it will be easier to concentrate on your own phantasy :-)
