A sum up on our experiences and reflections from the lesson in Denmark

We are using Facebook very often, and therefore we chose to use the site to communicate, if we have something not so important and if it’s between ours virtual meetings. We do also use Facebook to choose some dates and times to meet on Skype.

For our meeting we decided to use Skype, because it’s for free, we can make group conversations and all of us know how to use it. The one think there’s missing is that we can’t have a video conversation if we’re a group, but it’s okay.

The next problem is to remember the agenda and stick to it while we're having the meetings. We’ll solve that problem by using Google Docs.

While we’re having our virtual meetings, we’ve Google Docs open, so we can follow our agenda and write what we’re planning and talking about down while we’re talking. We think that Google Docs is smart because everyone can see what there’s standing and write at the same time. When we’re finish, we’re staffing the document in a folder, which we’ve shared with each other.

We have decided to have two meetings before we’ll meet again on December – one in October (20th) and one in November (20th). We’ll meet at 20 o’clock (utc +1) on Skype, and if we have any problems getting on, we’re also on Facebook, so we can write there. We’ll use at least an hour, and Britt is the leader (J), and therefore she’s in charge of the meeting. If something goes wrong, she’ll also be in charge of bringing the information to the people in the group.

We’re only three people in this group, and because of that we’ve decided to re-schedule our meetings, if there’s one in the group, who can’t make it.

I’m looking forward to see if it’s working on Sunday J
